31 Jul 2017 2 years ago I moved across a 5 portfolio of 5 buy to let properties. I had diaried forward a month before expiry to contact the client. Virgin had contacted her 3 MONTHS beforehand and switched her onto another product without even telling me. I am sick to death of these lenders playing lip service to paying brokers product transfer fees, then doing all they can to pinch the business from us. Never again will I get caught out by Virgin

30 May 2013 Service was very poor and had to report one case to BDM at an Expo to get it moving.

28 May 2013 Absolute rubbish. I've had a case running nearly 3 months as they kept asking for more and more information. Finally said they had everything they needed but decided to do credit score the app again before offer and decline it!!
14 May 2013 Valuation fee quoted on an application print out was wrong, in fact they didn't even match any of the stated val fees. Thinking it was a one off I checked my other apps and they are all wrong! I called Virgin tech and they said no one has ever pointed this out before but seems to be the case for all of them!
