16 Feb 2021 Awful Network! Their management is beyond poor, incompetent staff, Their new software is outdated and, advisers are treated like children, and people that check cases are very incoherent and clearly not educated about the services offered by advisers. Stay away!!
30 Sep 2020 Used to be half decent. In last 12 months they have put the entire population of AR through hell. The introduction of I/O was the worst thing they could ever have done and then instead of telling the trust about it, they lied and squirmed to try and cover it up. A compliance network with no integrity is not a good thing. The people in charge should be ashamed. I would have scored them lower but a half is the lowest the system allows.

17 May 2011 You wont hear much from them, but god it is expensive if you decide to leave, terms and conditions added after joining so nothing in contract except 3 months notice and some vague clauses which could mean anything. I am having £700 commission withheld, had to pay P.I. insurance for the whole year plus £500 admin fee
