24 Feb 2023 I’d be surprised to find any member of staff at Tenets head office with any experience actually working as a financial adviser post RDR. With no practical experience and empathy for their customers (financial advisers) is it any wonder that the management of Tenet is so shambolic? They are always 6 to 12 months too late with everything they do because they are not driven by the financial advice process and helping advisers do their job. Instead they are driven by the FCA, in other words, a recipe for disaster…the tail wagging the dog.
