20 Dec 2021 I was with Newleaf 10 years ago. For some unknown reason I decided to go DA. Worse thing I have ever done. Took me 9 years to build up courage to ask to go back with them. They welcomed me with open arms. They really are the bestest of the best. They CARE. They really do.
17 Dec 2021 Joined a year ago with no mortgage experience but years in finance. New Leaf have been amazing at helping me both in terms of my branding, website, knowledge and have been always there to help me with any questions that I have had on cases. Honestly cannot think of anything more that a network could do for you.

This is a network that will give you access to the lenders and providers you need so that you can service clients across the market. A network that makes use of tech to support advisors, embraces change and responds fast to changes in the market and, as we saw in 2020 the world! The personal support is exemplary and I can't imagine another network having the same compelling blend of traditonal and modern. Thinking of switching? Go for it!
2 Feb 2021 I have been with New Leaf for over 10 years and although approached by other networks have never considered leaving which says it all about the training, support and access to management that they provide.

IT systems could be a little better but their industry leading, quality training more than compensates for this. Can't fault this great team! Glad to be a part of it.

They are open, honest, friendly and professional and are open to ideas and change unlike other networks I have experienced. They provide us Advisers a good level of resources again to aid support for us. I feel I will remain with New Leaf for considerable years to come.

13 Jan 2016 All in New Leaf is a great firm, from the outset the training was phenomenal - I was CeMAP & CeFA qualified in no time (even had confidence to take 2 CeMAP exam modules in 1 day). Subsequently undertook the level 4 DipFA and passed that too - straight off. In terms of the professionalism -- that's a key focus and indicator of a good firm... From para-planning teams to compliance there are fantastic resources that support you. The teams are tight - they work well together and do everything to aid compliant files, application and completion. The fact that the business is very family oriented allows a close relationship, if you need speak with a Director/Dept Head to Managing Director you can. How many Networks do you know where advisers help each other and even cross refer clients or leads? There is so much more that is provided to help you grow as a business and a person. You just apply yourself and achieve.

Full support, comprehensive academic training, great team, personal service - I have been with couple of other networks before and there is nothing on the market like New Leaf proposition. 13 Jan 2016 Yes a smaller network, but they will work with you to arrange a set-up that fits with your way of working. A low score on IT/Software on the basis they give you the flexibility to work your own systems rather than forcing a system on you. Big plus is being able to talk to the people that matter rather than a number
10 Dec 2014 New Leaf offer excellent training and I did my Dip FA through them in 2012. I also started offering Wills and LPA's to my clients through New Leaf and have been very impressed with the support and training that has been available for this also.
12 Nov 2014 After working in the construction as a Quantity Surveyor for 20 years, I wanted a career change to be able to work for myself in my local community. Just over 3 years ago New Leaf provided me that oppurtunity. I joined their Stepping Stone Program which enabled a new starter such as myself to be trained and become fully component in Will Writing, Protection Insurance and Mortgage Advice. With their help I breezed through CeMAP and am now starting to reap the rewards of my hardwork and have a very successful business. New Leaf is great family business, and help not just with the back office stuff, but also with marketing and motivation as well. I have not looked back since joing them, my only regret is that I did not find them 10 years ago!
