30 Apr 2020 Having recently transitioned from an administrative role to an advising role, the support I received from Lakeside has been amazing. Prompt responses to queries from not only the office staff, but also the company directors, it has a real family feel to it as no one can do enough for you. The systems that they use are user friendly and are constantly developing and evolving which really enhances the job of the adviser. The CPD sessions held by lakeside are a great opportunity to learn from the experiences of a variety of different advisers, and they are fast moving and dynamic enough to keep you engaged throughout.
29 Apr 2020 I joined to years ago and would not contemplate leaving for any reason. Great user friendly systems. excellent support from everyone connected with the company from director level all the way through the company. Easy to deal with and i could not recommend Lakeside enough to do them justice
29 Apr 2020 Refreshing to say the least !!!!!!!!! Having been a financial adviser for 32 years working with the biggest networks in the UK, 7 years ago I decided to leave the alleged security of a big national and join a Dad and his two Sons ( The Hibbert family) working from Dad's Garage in a lovely village south of Wakefield. I was sick of the onerous compliance regime of the big nationals. I spent all my time justifying why I had sold and advised on a certain plan and was quickly becoming an administrator not an adviser. There is very much a need for compliance but not at the expense of 75% of your working time which is how it was becoming. A complete breath of fresh air was experienced when I joined Lakeside. I was allowed to sell again. The fees and retention rates offered value for money and I have never not been paid on time. It is an IT led, forward thinking company which I must say I do struggle a little with but help is always available to help me get back out there selling. Even through the Corona times the technology embraced by Lakeside has allowed me to continue earning a living. Yes unlike my last place support mechanisms are in place to help you write business, not the old business prevention unit (compliance) having you jump through hoops to get the business then more hoops to get paid. Oh yes and people tend to smile as well, a facial expression which left a lot of sales offices some years ago !!!! Dave

28 Apr 2020 Joined Lakeside in Dec 2018 after a discussion about finding a home and company to work with. Nathan is very straight forward and made the process very simple. Since joining the support has been fantastic, Kalie and the Team really make us very welcome. They deal with any questions and make things easy, the payments are always right and on time and I don't have any issues.The CRM is very good and always under development to make ti even better and they take our feedback on board. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
28 Apr 2020 Lakeside have been our network since September 2018 and I have nothing but praise for them. The systems make compliance really easy, without compromising quality of cases, the team is small enough so that you know everyone and they are all really helpful. They are constantly improving and developing systems, and their broker offering, which makes them unique in that they are as progressive as a massive company but still with the feel of a family company where they have your back always. Cannot recommend highly enough.
28 Apr 2020 I can not fault lakeside whatsoever, since joining them in feb 2018 my business levels have gone up 60% I put this down to the wide range of products available to offer my clients the very best solution, fantastic Commision splits and also the very quick software that they have built in house which is very user friendly. This is not even mentioning their ongoing support that they offer which form my past experience in with being in the industry for over 6 years now is something that is often promised but almost never delivered, this can not be said for lakeside. I can not recommend them highly enough.
6 Feb 2019 After joining Lakeside in a bold move just over 2 years ago, I can honestly say it was the best thing I have ever done! Everyone at the company makes you feel welcome, from the directors to the office team and it's such a great network to work in, everyone wants you to do well and there's friendly help and advice at the end of any phone call or text message whenever you need it. The systems and training that are in place are second to none too, and they're always developing and getting better. It's safe to say that this is a fantastic place to come and grow a successful career in Financial Services!
4 Feb 2019 This network is the best! - I have been in the industry for nearly 30 years with various networks and I am so glad I found Lakeside. They actually care about the firms they work with and want everyone to do well - I have recommended them to several other advisers already. Kalie and her team are very helpful and lovely to work with and i would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to any adviser looking to switch network - If you are not considering a move at the moment then maybe you should!!
4 Feb 2019 I have been with Lakeside Wealth Management since last year when I left my employed position for self employment. The support is fantastic, nothing too much trouble and response the same day. They have a friendly team spirit way about them which makes you feel you are not alone. I would recommend LWM to all advisers thinking if switching networks or starting self employed route you would not be disappointed.
3 Feb 2019 I have worked in the industry sometime and have had good and back experiences, since joining Lakeside all has bee positive. Having worked at Openwork and there been no interpersonal relationships, its been a breath of fresh air to work with a company with great communication and a open approach to compliance and business. Would recommend to anyone considering a move, very supportive though the process and good people.
28 Mar 2018 I moved to lakeside around 18 months Ago and after working under 2 other networks I can honestly say lakeside is by far the best, the support and training you receive as an adviser with lakeside is second to none,. The systems are great, You are ALWAYS paid on time, you can pick up the phone with any question you have no matter how small it its they are always more than happy to help and the most important quality I feel lakeside has Is that they believe in you and your business and will go above and beyond to help you with any goals you have ! I will be staying with lakeside for as Long as they will have me.
6 Feb 2018 Since joining Lakeside in May 2017, I have been made to feel welcome and valued by everyone at Lakeside. I have all the support I need and I am able to just pick up the phone and speak to a member of the team anytime I need too. Lakeside are approachable and supporting of all Advisers and their teams. Coming across from a larger network, it has been a fantastic transition and I enjoy dealing with real people where I was unable to with the old network. Cannot recommend enough :)
6 Feb 2018 I left Intrinsic in June last year and can honestly say I have never been happier since joining Lakeside. Always approachable and happy to help. I have 18 years Industry experience and they are by far the best company I have ever been involved in.
