National Counties and Family Building Society - June 2016 Mortgage Product Changes

With effect from Wednesday 15 June the changes below will be made to our mortgage product range. Family Building Society products are available to intermediaries via National Counties Building Society.
Withdrawal from all new business:
Owner Occupier
- 2.79% fixed rate to 30 September 2018 (F306)
- 2.99% fixed rate to 31 August 2019 (F307 & XF0043)
- 3.29% fixed rate to 30 June 2021 (F312 & XF0044)
- Family Mortgage 3.34% fixed rate to 30 September 2019 (XF0041)
- Family Mortgage 3.64% fixed rate to 30 September 2021 (XF0042)
- 5 year Low Start Mortgage, 1.09% for 6 months, 2.29% for 6 months, 4.19% for 4 years (XF0031 & XF0032)
- 2 year Offset Mortgage 2.50% discount (XO0001 & XO0002).
- 2.15% & 1.65% discounts for 3 years (E58 & E59)
- 1.85% & 1.35% discounts for 5 years (E62 & E63)
Buy to Let
- 2.20% discount for 3 years (E66)
- 1.80% discount for 5 years (E68)
Applications for the withdrawn products will be accepted up to and including Friday 24 June 2016.
