TFC launches ground-breaking packaging upgrade on its 1APP system

TFC Homeloans, the specialist packager, is launching ground breaking upgrades on its DIP, application and case management system 1APP.

1APP, also known as 1APP@TFC, already features benefits such as real time sourcing capabilities and a side by side comparison of first and second charge mortgages. It is now home to an innovative case management system based on accuracy and efficiency. This has been developed with brokers’ feedback in mind and with significant investment from the business.

Over the coming days and weeks, TFC will be letting brokers know more about the exciting system changes which will make it remarkably easier and quicker to do business with this specialist packager.

TFC is trialling all these new features with The Mortgage Lender and will be subsequently adding lender partners over a short period of time. TFC has chosen The Mortgage Lender to pilot the new system due to their simple and straightforward processes. They have a reputation for being helpful and friendly and have been working closely with TFC to ensure the new updates run smoothly.

The Mortgage Lender deputy chief executive Peter Beaumont said: “The new system improves service for the customer by making it easier and quicker for intermediaries to get their cases in front of lenders. It gives real-time information about the progress of the case and provides lenders, like us, with the information we need first-time.”

So what is in store from the New Case Management System

Enhanced Case Notes

TFC will shortly be making all case notes visible so brokers have a completely transparent view of all cases in real time. If brokers need an update they can simply login and see the status of their case and all the work that is going on behind the scenes. This will include the ability to see all emails on the case and the option to email the case manager.

NEW Document and Task List Download

Brokers will soon be able to view and download all specific lender required documents and tasks at the click of one button within the system so brokers can be ready for their client in a matter of minutes. The system will generate these documents in seconds once the lender has been selected, saving our teams time so that they can work smarter and quicker for you!

NEW Case Upload and Action

Brokers will be able to load documents straight into specific cases with the case managers being notified to review them.

To complement this efficient process, TFC will be providing lender specific help guides which include hints and tips for creating the perfect packaged case for the lender – saving both brokers and clients significant time.

More fantastic features and enhancements will be launched to provide the best customer journey for mortgage intermediaries, network partners, lenders and most important the borrower.
