Fleet Mortgages announce new National Sales Manager

Fleet Mortgages, the buy-to-let and specialist lender, has today (23rd October 2018) announced the promotion of Graham Le Bas to the role of National Sales Manager.
Graham has previously been BDM in the South West for Fleet for the past two years and will now be working with the lender’s team of BDMs who cover the breadth of England and Wales.
Graham has over 30 years’ experience working in the retail banking and finance industry and prior to joining Fleet Mortgages held a number of BDM roles in the specialist lending sector.
Fleet Mortgages is a specialist buy-to-let lender with products distributed via intermediaries only. It is specifically focused on providing mortgages to portfolio and professional landlords.
Fleet Mortgages recently launched a new fixed-fee product range in its three core sectors - standard, limited company and HMO/multi-unit block (MUB) – which the lender believes will specifically help those advisers who are sourcing larger buy-to-let loans. The new range sits alongside the rest of its range where a percentage fee structure is in place.
