Complete FS welcomes Fleet Mortgages onsite underwriter

Complete FS, the specialist lending packager distributor, has announced the latest addition to its growing roster of onsite underwriters with the appointment of Wayne Fitzpatrick from Fleet Mortgages.
With underwriters from seven of Complete’s most important panel lenders, the inclusion of Fleet Mortgages further enhances the Complete proposition for introducers, who are able to discuss their enquiries and ongoing cases directly with the underwriter via Complete’s staff.
According to Director, Tony Salentino, while Complete FS already has one of the best rates for converting enquiries into completed business, the positive impact on conversions has improved still further due to the consistency that comes from introducers gaining access to the same underwriter onsite.
