Mandy Hickson confirmed as keynote speaker

The Finance Professional Show (FP Show) has announced former RAF fighter pilot Mandy Hickson (pictured above) as its keynote speaker for the 2019 expo.
Mandy’s 20-plus years of experience — her obsession with fast jets as a child culminated in her being at the helm of a front line Tornado Squadron on operations — make her an ideal source of inspiration in the all-important business areas of communication, leadership and effective teamwork.
While our markets endure a phase that is notably competitive and highly pressurised, Mandy’s thoughts on the importance of debriefing, defining and realising goals, and understanding why people react the way they do, could not come at a better time. She also specialises in maintaining momentum despite losing key personnel, and the art of structuring and empowering teams.
Mandy’s address is due to take place in the Precise Mortgages Conference Theatre at 10.30am, followed by a stellar conference agenda featuring a range of industry leaders.
