Shawbrook Bank releases third instalment of podcast series

‘A Conversation with Shawbrook’ provides a platform for the broker community to share their voice and their experiences of doing business in the current climate
The third episode (hyperlink) of ‘A Conversation with Shawbrook’, released today and hosted by Marc Callaghan, National Sales Manager at Shawbrook, sees Marc and special guest Martin Smedley, Director at Prospero Finance, discuss current trends in the bridging market.
In the third instalment of Shawbrook’s podcast series, Marc and Martin look at what is driving growth in the home conversion market, the changing profile of investors and how the developer exit market was impacted by the pandemic. As well as a focus on market trends, Marc and Martin share perspectives on how brokers can best support clients in these markets.
