Service features move Dudley BS into lender Top 10 survey

According to a nationwide broker feedback survey conducted by independent review and insight platform, Smart Money People (SMP), Dudley Building Society has established itself in the top ten among 44 lenders with an overall rating of 84.4%, based on adviser input to SMP.

The Society believes that ensuring strong customer outcomes for introducers and their customers was crucial to the high rating given through the feedback.

According to Commercial Director, Sam Ward, the foundation of the service provided revolves round support to introducers, both internal and external, personal service and the Society’s manual underwriting.

She said, “We are delighted to receive this endorsement from our introducers. Given the difficulties the industry faced in 2020, our concentration on customer communication and service has been more than justified in the results from the survey. Our broker support both internally and externally through our BDMs has been highlighted by those taking part in the survey, as well as the recognition of being particularly strong in niche mortgage sectors.
