MBE Leeds hailed a great success
20 July 2021
After much deliberation Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) Leeds went ahead on 8th July at the Royal Armouries. After months of very little face-to-face business, exhibitors and visitors were keen to get back to in-person networking and as a result the event was hailed a great success.
Also well received were the seminars sessions compiled in conjunction with Mortgage Introducer, with Phil Riches from Keystone Property Finance kicking off the proceedings with an informative presentation on the impact the UK housing market is currently having on CO2 emissions.
Other CPD presentations featured keynote discussions and presentations by leading industry influencers giving their expertise on supporting landlords in a changing buy-to-let landscape, the role of specialist finance in post-COVID recovery, valuations and the future of mortgages, emerging tech for communications and how customers are interacting with technology, including financial services.
Mike Mikunda from MBE commented: “We are so delighted that we listened to both visitors and exhibitors wishes to get back to live events and went ahead with MBE in Leeds. The event was a great success.
We would also like to thank Mortgage Introducer for putting together a relevant and appropriate seminar programme that addressed the crucial industry issues and challenges of the last 18 months.
Requests from those unable to travel to this landmark first industry event have persuaded the organisers of Mortgage Business Expo to share recordings of the sessions, which will be released over the coming weeks.
We will continue to evolve and commit to deliver the best possible experience for visitors and exhibitors. I look forward to seeing everyone at our next Expo MBE London, which will take place at its new home at the Business Design Centre on 14th October”.
Free registration will be opening shortly, and visitors will have the opportunity to directly discuss the finance and planning needs for their clients with major financial brands such as building societies, specialist lenders and retirement planning providers.
