ULS Technology rebrands to Smoove PLC

Smoove is making significant investments in its technology and platforms to improve the digital user experience and revolutionise the home ownership process
7 April 2022 – ULS Technology PLC has rebranded today as Smoove PLC. All platforms under the brand remain in service and consist of eConveyancer, DigitalMove, Legal Eye and Amity Law.
The name change reflects the Group’s ambitious plans to make the home moving and ownership experience better at every touchpoint, transforming a slow and fragmented system to a streamlined, stress-free process for everyone involved.
The Smoove group of platforms aim to provide an end-to-end, digitally empowered home moving experience, assisting at every stage of the ecosystem. As part of its growth phase, Smoove is investing in new technology to help drive automation and build products and services for estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and lenders that ultimately benefit and improve the experience for consumers.
Given the success of conveyancing comparison platform, eConveyancer, as a brand brokers know and trust, Smoove will retain this name in B2B broker markets. As well as providing the largest fixed fee remortgage panel in the UK, eConveyancer will continue to offer DigitalMove’s onboarding and communication platform as well as benefiting from the support of Smoove’s customer experience team.
The rebrand also includes a new logo and website hellosmoove.com.
