Saffron Building Society hires Lee Williams as BDM

- Saffron Building Society’s intermediary team is pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Williams as its latest regional BDM hire.
- Lee joins having worked closely with brokers to build their businesses in recent years, and with extensive knowledge of the mortgage market.
- This new appointment continues the work to improve processes and service for brokers at the society.

Saffron Building Society is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced mortgage professional Lee Williams, as their latest hire to grow the BDM and support team at the mutual.
Lee joins Saffron with experience as a broker, in mortgage sales within a lender and most recently made his name as a business development manager at award winning mortgage and protection network, Stonebridge Group.
Lee’s appointment is the latest investment as part of the society’s Intermediar-ease initiative, which has the primary focus on improving service and making is easier for brokers to work with the mutual. Following two key appointments to the team already this year, Lee will join the experienced regional team with immediate effect, providing top level service and support to existing and new broker customers.
Tony Hall, Head of Mortgage Sales at Saffron, says of the appointment:

Lee joined the Saffron for Intermediaries team on Monday 22nd August and will be its latest regional BDM, supporting brokers in the South, Southwest and South Wales.
