Buckinghamshire Building Society Expand Mortgage Team

Buckinghamshire Building Society have expanded both their mortgage sales and processing teams, as the specialist lender forges ahead with plans for continued growth.

Matt McDougall, previously of TMP Sherwins and Lloyds Banking Group, joins the field business development team, whilst Owen Emmerson, previously of Salcey Mortgages, joins the telephony BDM team.

Simon Leslie takes up a role in the recently formed pre-application team, following a restructure of the mortgage department, with a focus on improving service levels and consistency across this area.

The mutual has made several other key hires in recent months, including the vastly experienced Paul Johnson, who has spent over 35 years in the industry, as well as multiple additions across the administration and processing teams.
