Connect Makes 3 Senior Hires

Demonstrating its commitment and positive outlook for the market, Connect for Intermediaries has made three new senior hires complementing the existing strong leadership team and supporting its plans to drive the business forward in 2023.

Alan Baldwin, previously with Masthaven, has joined as Director of Compliance, responsible for the oversight of the compliance teams and delivering the implementation of the AR supervision and Consumer Duty papers across the network.

Adrian Boxhall, previously with Shawbrook, is joining in mid-January as Director of Operations. Adrian’s role will be to help drive more efficiencies across the mortgage application process, particularly for the specialist lending and commercial markets.

Jim Selley has also been promoted to Director of Training, demonstrating the network’s further commitment to supporting all our advisers in growing their knowledge and professionalism in 2023.
