Roma Finance goes live with Knowledge Bank’s Interactive Criteria Guide

Roma Finance was today unveiled as the latest lender to go live on Knowledge Bank’s new Interactive Criteria Guide. The guide is the first of its kind and provides detailed information on all residential, second charge and bridging criteria.
Brokers will now be able to see all of Roma Finance’s detailed criteria through the guide. Any changes made by the specialist lender will appear immediately, ensuring brokers the most up to date and accurate information. This innovative technology solution makes it quicker and easier for brokers to find Roma’s lending criteria whilst giving the lender the flexibility to share it from many different mediums.
Roma Finance provides brokers with flexible lending solutions to help their customers achieve the best possible outcomes by offering a range of products encompassing standard loans through to complex bridging, development and buy-to-let.
