Usay Compare – the market leading comparison service for health insurance, life insurance and income protection - has partnered with marketing technology platform Contact State.
Contact State has been brought on board to help enhance Usay Compare’s marketing activity by providing excellent oversight and identifying the most successful campaigns. Experts in online customer journeys, Contact State will deploy its marketing infrastructure and data analytics platform to help Usay Compare optimise their campaigns. The integration with Contact State also gives the insurance business unique insight into the activity of their marketing partners and the peace of mind they are meeting advertising and data regulatory requirements.

As part of the deal, Contact State has created a single marketing integration API, enabling Usay Compare to fully automate the way it provides campaign feedback to its partners and saving countless hours of individual integrations.
The partnership also gives Usay Compare access to Contact State’s data 'firewall’ which validates leads, ensuring only those with a verified customer journey, authentic contact details and a genuine interest in Usay Compare’s services are able to enter its Customer Relationship Management system. This firewall is not only a vital tool for optimising marketing leads, but also provides Usay Compare with the data insights needed to achieve Consumer Duty compliance.
