Adam Tyler joins Black & White Bridging

Adam Tyler has been appointed as Director of Intermediaries at specialist short term national lender, Black & White, to lead new business development.

Adam has spent over thirty years in commercial finance and over eighteen years looking after commercial finance brokers. Adam joins Black & White after setting up and running the specialist property finance industry trade body FIBA (Financial Intermediary & Brokers Association) over the past five years. More recently, he has been instrumental in setting up the industry qualification, the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Finance (CPSP) and will continue to monitor its progress and development.

Adam Tyler said, “My background was in the specialist property lending space and have been a broker before this and also during recent times, I am looking forward to using my experience and contacts to help Black & White expand its business. As a lender, Black & White has shown itself to be innovative and forward thinking and is destined to become one of the premier lenders in the industry.”
