Colenko joins the ASTL

Colenko has become the latest lender member to join the Association of Short-Term Lenders (ASTL).

Colenko provides bespoke bridging loans and development finance for property investors and developers, with a senior team that has delivered more than £1bn in secured finance over the past 20 years.

With the launch of the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance (CPSP), this is a pivotal year for the bridging sector and, as an association, we have continued to grow our membership.
