Vida’s buy to let Limited Edition product rate reduced

• The 2-year product is now available at an initial rate of 5.04%
• Product fee is fixed at £4,995
Vida have reduced the rate of their Buy to Let (BTL) Limited Edition product, helping more people find a place to call home.
The 2-year product is available on Vida Tier 48 at an initial rate of 5.04%, up to 75% LTV.
They have also changed the product fee to a fixed fee of £4,995, which will help larger loan borrowers.
All Vida products are backed by their Service Pledge, which allows brokers to request a refund of the £180 application admin fee if they feel they have received anything but excellent service.
