Countrywide Surveying Services appointed valuation and surveying services partner by Leek Building Society

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), one of the leading suppliers of surveying and valuation panel management services, has announced its appointment by Leek Building Society as their valuation and surveying services partner.

CSS panel manages and undertakes valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders and employs over 600 personnel, including over 400 in-house RICS qualified Registered Valuers covering most UK postcodes.

Leek Building Society were recognised as the UK’s Best Building Society in the 2023 British Bank Awards and have committed to HM Treasury’s recent Mortgage Charter. The Society are fiercely proud of their heritage, built on mutual values which have stood the test of time for over 160 years. The Society offers mortgages, savings, insurance and financial planning services nationwide, have 12 branches across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire, and a dedicated Head Office in Leek.
