Hampshire Trust Bank appoints Jessica Winstone-Adair as development finance lending director

Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has announced the appointment of Jessica Winstone-Adair as lending director for London & South East within its development finance division.
She brings over 24 years’ experience in the financial services and real estate sectors to the role, including 16 years spent at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
Jessica joined RBS as a business relationship manager for retail banking in April 2001 and has worked across Corporate Real Estate Finance, Credit, Real Estate Origination and Restructuring before being appointed a director for structured finance, where she was responsible for leveraged transactions.
Most recently Jessica was the owner of and developer for a property renovation and design business, working with a variety of High-Net-Worth clients.
In her new role, Jessica is tasked with winning new development finance business for HTB and developing those client relationships into longer-term partnerships.
