VAS PANEL PLACES BROKERS AT HEART OF NACFB EXPO EXHIBITOR DEBUT

VAS Panel will make their exhibitor debut at the NACFB Expo 2024 with direct broker referrals, valuation education and Knowledge Hub the core themes for the day.

Several members of the senior management team will be on-stand to highlight how brokers can speed-up the valuations process and time-to-cash, with visitors being prompted to ‘ask us anything’ which can then be answered there-and-then, post-show or in future Knowledge Hub educational videos.

The videos currently receiving the most views includes the correct valuation of HMO premises, what is meant by open-ended reliance, newbuild premiums and different valuer qualifications.

On stand W44 at the NACFB Expo will be Stephen Todd, chief commercial officer and co-founder, Louise Chapman, Commercial Director, Andrew Murdoch, Valuation Panel Director, Natalie Benson, Operations Director and Daniel Owen-Parr, Executive Director.

Daniel said: “Brokers are at the very heart of our business, and we can demonstrate how direct referrals can ensure deals are completed a lot quicker than going through the traditional channels.
