KSEYE doubles maximum loan size

Bridging loan specialist, KSEYE, has doubled its maximum loan size to £50m.

Following an increased volume of multi-million-pound loans so far in 2024, KSEYE has enhanced its loan size criteria, doubling its maximum loan size to £50m.

This new, high maximum loan size applies across residential, mixed-use and commercial property types in London, the home counties and across major cities in England.

The experienced bridging lender says a strong relationship with a long-standing funding line has enabled this increased maximum loan size, following a growing demand for large loans.

Nikes Khagram, Director at KSEYE, discussed the higher maximum loan size: “Having noticed an increased appetite for large loans in the first half of the year, both in enquiries received and loans we have funded, we wanted to ensure that we could issue terms and provide funding for even the biggest of bridging loan enquiries.
