Proc Fees Up, Rates Down!

You'll be pleased to hear our Proc Fee has increased to 0.4% for new business and to 0.3% for product transfers from today. There's never been a better time to talk to our amazing team!

We have also introduced new rates across our Residential and Rent A Room products, as well as increasing the loan size of our 95% Residential (MIG) from £500,000 to £650,000.

RDF182:  80% Residential 4.89% Fixed for 5 years

RDF183:  95% Residential 5.89% Fixed for 2 years

RDF186: 85% Rent a Room 5.69% Fixed for 2 years

RDF187: 85% Rent a Room 5.39% Fixed for 5 years

We have also reduced our Credit Repair rates following a recent simplification of the criteria:

RDF185:  70% Residential (Credit Repair) 5.69% Fixed for 2 years

RDF174:  70% Residential (Credit Repair) 5.39% Fixed for 5 years

RDD177: 70% Residential (Credit Repair) 2.15% Discount from SVR for 2 years
