Precise launches “first of its kind” mobile app for specialist lending market

Precise, part of OSB Group, has launched a mobile app for brokers, the “first of its kind” within the specialist lending market. The app, which follows on from the recent Precise rebrand, provides registered brokers with a number of time saving features to ensure that wherever they are, brokers have the most up to date information at their fingertips.

Key highlights of the Precise app are:

• Customisable push notifications for case, product and criteria updates covering residential, bridging and buy to let
• Access to full case details alongside timelines
• Affordability calculators as well as ability to save calculations
• Search facilities for products and criteria

This pioneering app is the result of months of intensive collaboration between MagiClick, an award-winning technology services provider and multiple teams across OSB Group who have reached new heights of innovation. The app has been broker evaluated throughout the development process to ensure the delivery of a genuinely exciting tech-based tool, created and designed to make life easier for brokers.
