‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ add a new Regional Account Manager in the South of England

‘The ‘Buy to Let’ brand of specialist lender, Foundation Home Loans, has today (16th August 2024) announced the appointment of an additional Regional Account Manager in the South region.

Peter Olasoji joins ‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ with immediate effect and will be working on existing and new adviser relationships, helping firms make the most of their buy-to-let advice propositions and highlighting the wide range of products and criteria available via the lender.

Peter has been working in finance for 11 years and property finance for the last six, starting at LendInvest as an internal and external BDM, and most recently as a BDM at MFS. Foundation said he brings with him a wealth of experience in both buy-to-let and short-term finance markets and has managed successful relationships with advisers across London, Essex and the South of England.

He will work across the region with existing Regional Account Manager, Jack Gerasimov. Peter will cover the following postcode areas: BR, CR, CT, DA, E, IG, ME, RM, SE, SS.
