BROKER CONVEYANCING LAUNCHES SURVEY PRIZE DRAW INCENTIVE

Broker Conveyancing, the broker-focused conveyancing distributor, has today (4th October 2024) announced the launch of a new prize draw incentive for those advisers instructing surveys on its platform.

The survey products are offered through Broker Conveyancing’s partnership with The Moving Portal, and the prize draw incentive with run through October and November.

Advisers who instruct four surveys over this period will receive a prize draw ticket, plus an additional ticket for every survey over four. In December four lucky winners will each receive £250 worth of Amazon vouchers.

At the start of 2023, Broker Conveyancing launched an initial Survey product suite via its portal, offering advisers access to The Moving Portal’s Basic Valuations, Level 2 and Building Survey Level 3.

In August this year, two additional products were added to the suite: a Homebuyers Report Level 2 with valuation, which provides a comprehensive assessment of the property’s condition, including a professional valuation, and a Structural Engineers’ Report product which offers an in-depth analysis of the structural integrity of the property, identifying any underlying issues that could affect the property’s safety and value.

The Moving Portal operate a national panel of RICS Chartered Surveyors across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, taking instructions from mortgage advisers, IFAs, estate agents and solicitors for a variety of RICS survey reports and valuations.

Accessing these services via the Broker Conveyancing panel, registered users are now able to add an additional product offering to their overall proposition, and are able to choose their own referral fee.
