Gateway Surveyors hosts inaugural Climate Change Conference

Gateway Surveyors, part of Simplybiz, will be hosting its first ‘Climate Change Conference’, exploring the critical impact of climate change and ESG factors on the built environment and lending policies, on the 14th November at St George’s Park.

The all-day event will feature presentations from Net Zero Now, Simplybiz Mortgages, University of Salford, Enable and Groundsure, with speakers offering their understanding of how climate change will increasingly influence lending decisions and, consequently, the housing market.
