We’re increasing selected fixed rates

We wanted to let you know that we’re increasing the following Virgin Money products 8pm on Thursday 14 November.

Purchase

  • Core 85% LTV 2 & 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.20%, starting from 4.59%.
  • Core 95% LTV 2 & 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 5.24%.
  • Greener 85% LTV fixed rates will be increased by 0.20%, starting from 4.59%.
  • Shared Ownership 85% LTV fixed rates will be increased by 0.20%, starting from 4.42%.
  • Own New 85% LTV fixed rates will be increased by 0.20%, starting from 2.06%.

Purchase & Remortgage

  • Retrofit Boost 85% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate will be increased by 0.20%, to 4.84%.
