‘Packaging your case for a successful journey’ webinar

Our amazing BDMs will be hosting a number of CPD approved webinars, sharing best practices on how to deliver a successful customer journey and achieve a fast turnaround time to approval of your customer’s mortgage application.

They will also be discussing a number of key hints and tips to ensure that applications can be progressed as quickly as possible, and sharing an underwriting perspective on what makes a great packaged case.

Whether you’re a broker, dedicated administrator or are a self-employed adviser who manages their own admin, this webinar has been created with you in mind, providing you with the tools you need to work more efficiently, and better serve your customers.

How to register

To register for one of the webinars, please use the below links to select your preferred session and enter your details:

Monday 9th December – 10:00

Tuesday 10th December – 14:00

Wednesday 11th December – 10:00

Once confirmed, please save the invitation to your calendar.

Attendees must register and attend individually to receive their CPD certificate for the webinar. These details will then be used to issue your CPD certificate.

All webinars will last approximately 60 minutes.
