‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ launch new Limited Edition product

‘Buy to Let by Foundation’, the buy to let brand of specialist lender, Foundation Home Loans, has today (3rd December 2024) launched a new Fee Assisted Limited Edition product.

Available in its F1 - for clients with an almost clean credit history – tier, the five-year fixed rate is offered up to 75% LTV with a rate of 5.94% and a 1% fee.

The product also comes with a free standard valuation and no application fee.

This new Limited Edition follows ‘Buy to Let by Foundation’s’ launch last month of a new Limited Edition Holiday Let five-year fixed-rate product and new Specials covering two- and five-year fixes.
