10 December 2024
StreamBank has completed its fastest deal in Scotland to date, delivering a £225K regulated bridging loan in just 15 working days.
The funding was secured against the borrower’s current residence in Pathhead, which is currently listed for sale, and was used to raise capital toward the purchase of a new home.
This transaction represents StreamBank’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Scotland, where the lender has recently begun operating. The team worked in close collaboration with McVey & Murricane Solicitors to navigate Scotland’s distinct legal conveyancing processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for the client.
The application was submitted, and funds were disbursed within a few weeks. StreamBank’s proactive approach involved identifying necessary documents from day one, swiftly instructing a valuation, and working collaboratively with underwriting to review and approve the application within an hour, subject to valuation.
