Virgin Money - We’re launching new Clydesdale Bank Exclusives and increasing rates

New Large Loan LTV Exclusives

We wanted to let you know that we’re increasing rates and launching the following Clydesdale Bank products on Thursday 23 January.

Large Loan Exclusives

• NEW 50% LTV £1-£3m 2 and 5 year Residential Purchase fixed rates starting from 4.56%.

We’ll be increasing the following rates at 8pm today:

Core Product Range

• Selected 2 and 5 year fee and fee offer residential rates will be increased by up to 0.25%.
• Our Offset Discount products will have their discount level updated, product rates start from 5.74%.

Exclusives

• 2 and 5 year Remo Exclusive rates will be increased by up to 0.20%.
• 90% LTV 5 year Purchase Exclusive will be increased by up to 0.18%.

Professional Range

• Selected 2 and 5 year rates will be increased by up to 0.25%.

BTL

• Selected 2 and 5 year fee and fee offer BTL rates will be increased by up to 0.30%.

If you’re applying for one of these products on behalf of your customer, please send us the application by 8pm today.

In addition, we’ll also be reducing the following rates:

Core Product Range

• Selected 90% and 95% LTV 2 and 5 year Residential Fee offer fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.30%.

Purchase Exclusives

• 90% and 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.08%.

Newly Qualified Professionals

• Selected 90% and 95% LTV 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.30%.
