Virgin Money - We’re launching new products and increasing selected rates

We wanted to let you know that we’re launching the following products on Thursday 30 January.

Fix and Switch Remortgage with free valuation and free legals

• NEW 75% LTV Fixed Rate FSO at 4.89%.
• NEW 85% LTV Fixed Rate FSO at 5.24%.

Green Purchase with free valuation and £200 cashback

• NEW 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate FSO at 4.88%.
• NEW 85% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate FSO at 5.01%.
• NEW 90% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate FSO at 5.39%.
• NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate FSO at 4.59%.
• NEW 85% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate FSO at 4.77%.
• NEW 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate FSO at 4.92%.

Retrofit Boost

• NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee and £5,000 cashback at 4.97%.
• NEW 85% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee and £5,000 cashback at 5.04%.
• NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee and £10,000 cashback at 5.49%.
• NEW 85% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee and £10,000 cashback at 5.56%.

BTL Retrofit Boost

• NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee and £5,000 cashback at 5.07%.

We’ll also be making these changes at 8pm today:

Purchase

• Selected 80% LTV Exclusive fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.07%.
• Selected 90% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.06%.
• Selected Shared Ownership fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%.
• 90% LTV Own New 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.04%.
• Green fixed rates with £995 fee now come with a free valuation and £200 cashback.

Product Transfer

• Selected 75% LTV rates will be reduced by up to 0.09%.

We’ll also be withdrawing the following products:

Exclusive

• 90% LTV Fix and Switch Purchase with £1,495 fee at 5.08%.
• 75% LTV Fix and Switch Remortgage FSO at 4.94%.
• 85% LTV Fix and Switch Remortgage FSO at 5.24%.
• 75% LTV Retrofit Boost 5 Year Fixed Rate with £3,000 cashback at 4.79%.
• 85% LTV Retrofit Boost 5 Year Fixed Rate with £3,000 cashback at 4.81%.
• 75% LTV BTL Retrofit Boost 5 Year Fixed Rate with £3,000 cashback at 4.78%.
