Changes to our product range
On Wednesday 5 February we are making the following changes to our product range;
Remortgage products
- Rate increases on 1.5 year fixed rate products of up to 0.07%
- Rate reductions on selected products of up to 0.30%
Homemover and first time buyer products
- Rate reductions on selected products of up to 0.11%
Product Transfer and Further Advance products
- Rate reductions across the range of up to 0.30%

- The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries Website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Wednesday 5 February.
- To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 8pm on Tuesday 4 February.
