VAS responds to 2024 growth with raft of new hires and creation of client relationship manager role

VAS is proud to announce a series of exciting appointments, reflecting our incredible growth over the last few months. Expanding the team is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that we continue to provide the highest quality of service to our partners.
In 2024, VAS saw an increase of 46% in quote volume compared to the previous year.
Among the six new starters, Joe Bates and Sarah Walker join as Quotes Executives, and Jemma Nicholson and Antonia Hope have been appointed as Compliance Executives.
Bolstering these two teams means that VAS can continue to service the volume of requests for quotes while maintaining quality assurance throughout the process.
The growing Quotes and Compliance departments both deal directly with brokers, lenders, and valuers to facilitate the necessary speed and suitability of response to enable a smooth valuation pipeline.
Gabrielle Lane is the latest addition to the Facilities department, and Jackie Lockett joins VAS as Executive Assistant.
A very exciting development is the creation of Client Relationship Manager. Sophie Flush, who has been at VAS for almost three years, has been promoted to take up this role—a brand new position that will be pivotal in evolving communication with and the implementation of feedback from lenders and brokers.
VAS has witnessed not only a significant increase in the volume of quotes it handles daily, but a rise in non-standard valuation requests that require expert attention. Sophie will ensure that, as dealing with these more complex cases becomes routine for VAS, dialogue is kept open with brokers and lenders, and they remain updated every step of the way.
