We've reduced our Product Switch window
We recently advised you that we’d reduced our Product Switch window from 180 days to 90 days. However, to minimise the impact to your customer, we are now making incremental reductions on our Broker Platform.
From today, Thursday 3rd April, we have reduced the Product Switch window from 180 days to 150 days.
Please note, we will further communicate the below reductions in due course:
- 120 days from early May
- 90 days from early June
