Virgin Money - We’re increasing and reducing selected rates on Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we’re making some changes to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 9 April.
Core Products (including Product Transfer)
- Residential 85%-95% 2 and 5 year core rates will be reduced by up to 0.64%.
Exclusives
- Residential 85% 2 year Remortgage Exclusive rate will be reduced by up to 0.10%.
- Residential 95% 2 and 5 year Purchase Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.06%.
Professional
- Residential 85%-90% 2 year Professional rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%.
We’ll also be making the following rate increases. If you’re applying for one of these products on behalf of your customer, please send us the application by 8pm today.
Core Products (including Product Transfer)
- Residential 65%-75% 5 year core rates will be increased by up to 0.19%.
Exclusives
- Residential 75% 5 year Remortgage Exclusive rate will be increased by up to 0.10%.
- Residential 50%-75% 5 year Large Loan rates will be increased by up to 0.13%.
Professional
- Selected residential 2 and 5 year low LTV Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.15%.
