OMS strengthens leadership and sales team with key appointments

One Mortgage System (OMS), the technology-led single-input enquiry-to-completion processing platform for intermediaries, has appointed Nick Allen as non-executive director and Shey Wade as business development manager (BDM) as part of its ambitious 2025 growth and innovation strategy.

These appointments bolster OMS’s board and sales function, reinforcing its commitment to technological advancement and service excellence.

Following two years as an external consultant, Nick Allen joins OMS’s board as a non-executive director. During his consultancy, he played a pivotal role in implementing ISO27001, enhancing OMS’s security framework and governance while ensuring its mortgage originations platform meets the highest industry standards for both regulated and unregulated lending.

With over 25 years’ experience in the lending sector, Nick’s deep industry knowledge and strategic expertise have already contributed significantly to OMS’s innovation roadmap. In his new role, he will help steer the company’s expansion into new market segments and technological advancements.

To support growing intermediary demand, OMS has also strengthened its sales function with the appointment of Shey Wade as BDM. Shey brings extensive experience in mortgage intermediary marketing and broker support, having previously held a marketing leadership role at Spicerhaart’s financial services division, Just Mortgages. His expertise in digital lead generation, customer engagement, and broker support makes him a valuable addition to the team.

In his new role, Shey will focus on supporting intermediary clients, enhancing relationships with OMS’s integration partners, and equipping brokers with the tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and elevate customer service.
