There must be a clear rationale for the “Below Market Value” purchase, such as a bulk purchase & portfolio acquisiitons, distressed sale, title split simultaneous with purchase completion etc, and it must be an arms-length transaction.
Borrowers need to have a clean credit profile, and sufficient experience (cannot be a first time investor).
