With effect from Thursday 14 January the changes below will be made to our mortgage product range.
Family Building Society products are available to intermediaries via National Counties Building Society.
Withdrawal from all new business:
Owner Occupier
• 2.79% fixed rate to 28 February 2018 (F285 & F286)
• 2.99% fixed rates to 31 January 2019 (F287, F288, XF0033 & XF0034)
• 3.29% fixed rate to 28 February 2021 (F293, F294, XF0035 & XF0036)
• Family Mortgage 3.34% fixed rate to 31 March 2019 (XF0029)
• Family Mortgage 3.64% fixed rate to 31 March 2021 (XF0030)
• 2.50% & 2.00% discounts for 3 years (E40, E41, E42 & E43)
• 2.20% & 1.70% discounts for 5 years (E46, E47, E48 & E49)
Residential Investment
• 2.55% discount for 3 years (E52)
• 2.15% discount for 5 years (E54)
Applications for withdrawn products will be accepted up to and including Wednesday 27 January 2016.
