Foundation Home Loans announce new partnership with The Mortgage Trading Company

Foundation Home Loans, the intermediary-only specialist lender, has today (24th February 2020) announced a new partnership with packager firm, The Mortgage Trading Company.

From today, Foundation will be joining the lender panel of The Mortgage Trading Company who will be able to package cases having access to its range of buy-to-let mortgage products including solutions for portfolio and limited company applicants.

Based in Leeds, The Mortgage Trading Company work with lenders in order to provide solutions for advisers’ more complex mortgage enquiries.

The Mortgage Trading Company has partnered with Foundation and expect to be utilising a number of different areas of its criteria including no minimum income requirements, borrowers only needing to have been self-employed for three months, and only one month’s letting experienced required in order to have access to its range of HMO product options.

The Mortgage Trading Company also package in a number of other product areas including residential, second-charge, commercial and bridging finance.

Earlier this month, Foundation cut rates by up to 20 basis points on its individual and limited company fixed-rate product range for both single tenancy properties, as well as large HMOs and short-term lets. It also offers a specialist residential range offering mortgages to those clients who have been turned down by high-street lenders.
