So I just received this product update  

Why can Santander not be specific instead of leaving us wondering which rates are rising and which are falling?

Basic common-sense non-withstanding, this just about sums up the Santander attitude towards brokers  

You’ve given us 36hours warning but no idea of what is changing  

How difficult would it have been to detail the changes?

if you scroll down a little on the email it  should actually have all the detail for you… this is something I confirmed we’d successfully changed following feedback on here earlier this week 😊
