Castle Trust, the newly-launched mortgage and investment company, has confirmed that Kate Baker of mortgage advisers John Charcol is the first adviser to complete and pass its Chartered Insurance Institute-accredited Partnership Mortgage training course. Mortgage advisers will need to complete this course and pass the final exam before they are able to advise on Partnership Mortgages.
